Delete your account

You can delete your Marfet account at any time. It’s permanent and can’t be undone.

In the app

Open Marfet on your phone, or on the web, and sign in.
Go to Profile → ⚙ Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE and tap Delete my account forever.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@marfet-co-au.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Marfet account” and your username. We’ll check it’s you, delete the account, and reply to confirm, normally within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, username, name, photo and bio.
Your posts, reels, photos, videos, comments and likes.
Who you follow and who follows you, your messages, notifications and saved items.
Your settings, phone alert registrations, held deals and bookings.

Copies in our backups are removed automatically within 30 days. If we removed something you posted for breaking the rules, we may keep a short record of that decision to keep Marfet safe.

Delete only some data

You don’t have to delete your whole account. You can delete any post or comment from its ⋯ menu, and change or remove your photo and bio in Edit profile.
