Be kind, be real

Marfet is for sharing moments with people you care about. Treat others the way you want to be treated. These rules apply to posts, photos, comments, messages and profiles.

Not allowed

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or encouraging anyone to hurt themselves.
• Hate speech or attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
• Nudity or sexual content, and anything that sexualises minors (we report this to the authorities).
• Graphic violence or gore, or praising violence or terrorism.
• Selling or promoting illegal drugs, weapons or other illegal goods.
• Spam, scams, fake giveaways, or misleading links.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Sharing someone's private information (address, phone number, private photos) without permission.
• Posting content you don't have the rights to.
• Fake or misleading offers: spot offers must be for real free times at the price shown.
• Business Pages for businesses you don’t own or run, or using someone else’s ABN.

If you see something wrong

Tap ••• on any post, comment, message or profile and choose Report. Reports are private: the person won't know who reported them. You can also Block someone so they can no longer see your posts or message you.

What we do

Content is checked automatically, and our team reviews reports, normally within 24 hours. Depending on how serious it is, we may hide or blur content, remove it, or suspend the account. Serious or repeated breaks lead to a permanent ban. If you think we got it wrong, email support@marfet-co-au.com.
