1. Agreement

Marfet is a social app run by Marfet ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Marfet you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use Marfet.

2. Who can use Marfet

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these Terms yourself.
• One person per account. Give true information and keep your password private.
• You may not use Marfet if we have removed you before, or if the law where you live doesn't allow it.

3. Zero tolerance for abuse

There is no place on Marfet for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post anything that breaks our Community Guidelines. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that do, without notice.

You can report any post, comment, message or account, and block anyone. We review reports and act on objectionable content, normally within 24 hours.

4. Your content

You own what you post. To run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, show, copy, resize and share your content with the people you choose (Everyone, Followers, Selected people or Only me). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already shared or that we must keep by law.

Only post content you have the right to share. You are responsible for what you post.

5. Automatic checks and recommendations

To keep Marfet safe, posts, comments, messages and photos are checked automatically by AI services, and some are reviewed by our moderators. Content may be hidden, blurred or removed as a result. The "For you" feed uses AI to suggest posts based on what you like, comment on and save. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Things you must not do

• Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
• Spam, scam, or collect other people's data.
• Pretend to be someone else, or sell or transfer your account.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of Marfet.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms.

8. No guarantees

Marfet is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and safe but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by other users. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are important we will tell you in the app. Using Marfet after a change means you accept the new Terms.
